While it has a strong reputation for embracing new technologies and staying at the forefront of medical advancements, there is an opportunity to expand its digital footprint. The healthcare system can be complex and overwhelming, creating an opportunity for digital tools to help lighten the load. Our team is exploring how artificial intelligence can transform the healthcare experience — through anticipating patient needs, reducing cognitive load, and preserving Mayo’s legacy of compassion in every interaction.
